5Joel's DVD is transforming my 40-ish post-baby body   Dec 05, 2008
I have owned and used this DVD for three weeks and it is truly transforming my whole body even my squishy post-child bearing body and I have been out of the gym for five years. Is running after two children exercise? Well that has been the extent of it and this DVD is changing that. I can do the workouts in my pajamas and no shoes at anytime of day. After only three weeks I received compliments on my arms in a sleveless dress over Thanksgiving weekend in Key West. Whooo-hooo. I highly recommned this DVD for all shapes and sizes and fitness levels. Joel's instruction is fun and motivating too.

3It's OK, but I don't like the "funny" pictures.   Oct 21, 2008
The book has good info on improving one's health. I would prefer something other than the sketches interspersed throughout the book. I wish the book was laid out slightly different for ease of finding info. I really fund the drawings distracting and not at all helpful, though probably most people would find them amusing.

It is creative, easy to learn yet needs daily practice to get good results. After 2-3 weeks we can learn to use and be aware of the muscles and energy areas in the body. thanks for the good job.

From start to end, this book is more insightful and helpful than all the years in a school classroom. This should be required reading for all human beings.
